Welcome. For first time access, please follow these instructions:

1.) Send an email from your preferred email address to communityrelations@pge.com requesting access.
a.) Include the fact that you are a retiree
b.) Provide your former LAN ID (former four-character login credential)

2.) An admin will add your email to your user account and will respond with instructions to set up a password.
